Official text

The provisions of the Code and Rules, wherein not specified for employees, shall also apply to the employees who are not covered under section 2(1)(zzl), in relation to the following, as if they were workers within the meaning of the Code and rules-(i) safety and health;
(ii) maintenance of records, registers and Forms;
(iii) Chapter VII of the Code for any establishment, excluding normal daily working hours and provisions under Section 27 of the Code.
