Official text

If the occupier/ employer of the beedi and cigar establishment wishes to obtain a licence under the provisions of section 119 of the Code, then he shall mention the maximum number of employees proposed to be employed at any time of the day in the place or premises and shall enclose the plan of the place or premises to be used, in Form- 34.
