Official text

(1) The Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh shall establish a toll-free helpline to inter-state migrant workers in the manner as may be determined by the State Government by a Government order to address queries and grievances of the migrant workers.

(2) A record of calls on the toll-free number shall be maintained electronically in such form and format has may be specified by the Labour Commissioner in this behalf.
