Rule 27. Disqualification for membership under sub-section (2) of section 17

Official text

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of the Board-(i) if he is declared to be of unsound mind and stands so declared by a Competent authority;
(ii) if he is an un-discharged insolvent;
(iii) if he has been convicted for an offence, having imprisonment of three months or more or which in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude; or
