Official text

(1) The fees to be paid for grant or renewal of licence shall be as specified in table below.-
Number of employees proposed to be employed on any Fee (in day during the financial year Rs.)
(a) Does not exceed twenty 500
(b) More than twenty but does not exceed fifty 1000
(c) More than fifty but does not exceed hundred 1500
(d) More than hundred 2000 (2) Fee to be paid for grant of duplicate licence shall be rupees one hundred.
(3) If the Authority refuses to grant or renew any licence under section 74, the fees paid therefor shall not be refunded.
