Official text

(1) The information furnished under rules 129 to 131 shall include the quantity of the solid and liquid wastes generated per day, their characteristics and the methods of treatment such as incineration of solid wastes, chemical and biological treatment of liquid wastes and arrangements for their final disposal.
(2) It shall also include information on the quality and quantity of gaseous waste discharge through the stacks or other openings and arrangements such as provisions of scrubbers, cyclone separators, electrostatic precipitators of similar such arrangements made for controlling pollution of the environment.
(3) The occupier shall also furnish the information prescribed in sub-rules (1) and (2) to the State Pollution Control Board.
