Official text

The person seeking common license under section 119 of the Code, shall make an application electronically on the specified web-portal of Department of Labour, Government of Uttar Pradesh to designated authority in Form- 54 notified under sub-section (1) of section 119 along with such cumulative application fees as prescribed in tables mentioned under sub-rule (4) of rule 78 and rule- 104 and rule-115 of Chapter-IX of these rules.
