Official text

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the authority under section 119, may file within thirty days from the date of the order, an appeal electronically to State Government and in such manner and with such fee as mentioned in sub-rule (2)
(2) The appeal shall be accompanied with (form-58), —
(a) the order appealed against;
(b) a non-refundable fee equivalent to five percent, of the fees deposited to obtain common license;
(c) a statement of issues in dispute;
(d) documentary evidence relied upon.
