Rule 29. Travelling Allowance for members under sub-section (2) of section 17

Official text

(1) The travelling allowance and daily allowance of an official member shall be governed by the rules applicable to him for journey performed by him on official duties and shall be paid by the Authority paying his salary.
(2) the non-Official Members of the Board shall be paid travelling allowance and daily allowance for attending the meetings of the Board at such rates as are admissible to lowest of Group “A” Officer of the State Government.
(3) Special invitees in Board’s meetings shall get travelling allowances and daily allowances to attend such meetings of the Board as other non-official members of the Board are entitled to receive.
