Official text

Every employee shall have the right to-(a) obtain from the occupier/ employer, information relating to employee's health and safety at work;
(b) get trained for ensuring safety and promoting health within the factory wherever possible, or, to get himself sponsored by the occupier for getting trained at a training center or institute, duly approved by the Chief Inspector-cum-facilitator;
(c) represent to the Inspector-cum-facilitator directly or through his representative in the matter of inadequate provision for protection of his health or safety in the factory.
