Official text

(1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2026.
(2) They extend to whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
(3) These rules shall apply to factories, workplaces relating to building or other construction works and all other establishments.
(4) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
