Official text

(1) Where a worker dies before he resumes work, the balance of his pay, due for the period of leave with wages not availed of, shall be paid to his nominee within one month of the receipt of intimation of the death of the worker in accordance with clause (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the Code.

(2) Each worker shall submit a nomination in Form-19, duly signed by him and attested by two witnesses. The nomination shall remain in force until it is revised or cancelled by another nomination.
