Official text

(1) It shall be the duty of the occupier to provide alternative employment to any person whose employment has been affected by an order under sub-clause (a) of clause (A) sub-section (1) of section 38, if any other establishment of the same employer exists within the radius of one hundred kilometers.
(2) The alternative employment may be offered only when the period of employment affected by the order is fifteen days or more.
(3) Such persons shall be given notice at least three days before the actual date of such order.
(4) The wages and other facilities shall not be affected to the detriment of such person.
