Official text

(1) Information under rule 129 to 131 of these rules shall be publicised by displaying the same on Notice Board at the gate or gates of the factory and such information shall also be given to District Magistrate and Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator.

(2) It shall be the responsibility of the occupier/ employer to widely publicise such information to the general public.
