Rule 24. Resignation of a member of State Advisory Board under sub-section (2) of section 17

Official text

(1) Any non-official member may resign by a letter addressed to State Government signed under his hand.

(2) The seat of such member shall fall vacant from the date on which his resignation is accepted or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of receipt of intimation of resignation, whichever is earlier.
