Rule 23. Term of Office of State Advisory Board under sub-section (2) of section 17

Official text

(1) The term of office of the non-official members of the Board shall be three years.
(2) The non-official members of the Board shall hold office at the pleasure of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
(3) The non-official members shall be removed from the Board if they cease to represent the interest for which they were nominated.
(4) All nominated members shall not be eligible for re-nomination for more than two terms.
