Rule 98. Appeal

Chapter XII — FactoriesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

(1) An appeal under section 90 of the Code shall be preferred to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, or in cases where the order appealed against is an order passed by that officer, to the State Government or to such authority as the State Government may appoint in this behalf and shall be in the form of a memorandum setting forth concisely the grounds of objection to the order along with prescribed fee notified by the State Government from time to time.
