Rule 43. Other establishment where medical examination and certification of adolescent is required

Adolescent workers shall obtain medical fitness certificate in FORM-XXI for employment in following process, namely:-

a) Head-load workers;

b) treatment of Biomedical waste;

c) sewerage treatment;

d) solid waste management;

e) marble cutting;

f) ready mix concrete;

g) hot mix concrete;

h) working at height;

i) operation of crane or heavy-duty machinery; or

j) such other occupation or process as may be notified by the State Government from time to time, to be dangerous.
