Rule 79. Cancellation of Licence

If an occupier of a Factory has obtained the licence of his Factory by fraud or misrepresentation or suppression of any material fact or any other reason, the Licence so obtained shall be cancelled by the issuing authority with immediate effect after having given the licencee a reasonable opportunity for being heard why his licence should not be cancelled.
