Rule 101. Standards and Specifications of Housing Accommodation

Chapter XIII — Plantation WorkersMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

All housing accommodation for workers in a plantation shall conform to such standards and specification as may be approved by the State Government on the recommendation of the Advisory Board constituted under section 17 of the Code provided that existing building substantially conforming to the later specifications may be accepted.
