Rule 77. Procedure on death or disability of licencee

If a licencee dies or becomes insolvent, the person carrying on the business of such licencee shall make an application, either manually or by registered post, electronically, or through the portal, as may be notified by the State Government for transfer of the licence under his own name. Such applications shall also be accompanied with valid documents to prove his or her occupier ship.
