Rule 58. Prohibition of employment of contract labour

Official text

If a question arises as to whether any activity of an establishment is a core activity or otherwise, the aggrieved party may make an application electronically or in any other manner, to the authority notified by the State Government under clause (c) of sub–section (2) of section 57 of the Code, giving reasons along with supporting documents. The authority after making necessary inquiry shall within sixty days report his findings to Government.
