Rule 47. Form and manner of application for contractor licence

Official text

(1) Application for issuing licence shall be made in Form-XXII to the designated authority, either manually or by registered post, electronically, or through the portal, as may be notified by the State Government.
(2) Every application referred to in sub-rule (1) shall also be accompanied by the security and fees at the rates which shall be notified by the State Government from time to time.
(3) Payments as required under sub-rule (2) shall be made either manually or electronically, as may be notified by the State Government, and shall be credited to the Treasury under such head of account as may be specified by the State Government from time to time.
(4) After receiving application, the designated authority shall issue licence in XXIII within a period of forty-five days specifying the conditions laid down in rule 46.
