Official text

Prohibition and restriction on the employment of women and adolescent workers in hazardous occupations involving the use or handling of hazardous chemicals— No woman worker or adolescent worker shall be engaged in the handling, storing, or transportation of insecticides, chemicals, and toxic substances by the employer in his plantations.
