Rule 16. Notice of Meeting

(1) The Member Secretary shall give notice of the meeting at least ten days prior to the date of the proposed meeting, showing the date, time and place of the meeting together with the agenda, to every member directly or through special messenger or by registered post or electronically.

(2) For special meeting convened under sub-rule (3) of rule 15 to consider any urgent matter, two days prior notice informing the subject shall be given to each member.
