Rule 89. Review of the information furnished to workers etc

Chapter XII — FactoriesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

(1) The occupier shall review in every calendar year and modify if necessary, the information furnished under rules to the workers, and to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator.

(2) In the event of any change in the process or operations or methods of work or when any new substance is introduced in the process or in the event of a serious accident taking place, the information so furnished shall be reviewed and modified to the extent necessary.
