Rule 11. Rights of employee

Chapter III — Duties of Employer and EmployeeMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

On receipt of information from the employee relating to the existence of an imminent danger to their safety and health, the employer shall take immediate remedial action in this regard. The employer, whether satisfied or not, shall send a report forthwith of such actions taken in FORM- X(b), to the Inspector-cum-facilitator electronically or by registered speed post or by telephone within twenty-four hours of receiving such information.
