Rule 122. Recovery of sum due under Rule 121

Official text

When any sum of money is due from any employer under Rule 94 the inspector cum facilitator or Chief Inspector cum facilitator shall give him a notice in writing requiring the payment of the amount to the District collector concerned who may recover the same as arrears of land revenue
