Rule 148. Appointment of appellate authority

Chapter XIV — Offences and PenaltiesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

The Labour Commissioner of the State shall be appellate authority under sub-section(3) of section-111 of the Code.

Provided that in the case of factories the Director of Factories and Boilers shall be the appellate authority under subsection (3) of section-111.
