Rule 67. Appeal

Chapter XI — Beedi and Cigar Workers.Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

An appeal under section 75 of the Code may be filed electronically with required fee specified under rule 66 within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order sought to be appealed against.
