Rule 14. Filling up casual vacancies

Chapter IV — Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board.Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

When vacancies arise in the Board due to resignation, death or removal of a member or otherwise, the Member Secretary shall inform the Government and the Government shall immediately appoint another person from the category concerned as amember and the member so appointed shall hold office for the remaining period of the term of office of the member in whose vacancy he is nominated.
