Rule 112. Report from the Health Officer

Official text

The Inspector cum facilitator may, by order in writing, direct the employer to obtain, at such time or at such intervals as he may direct, a report from the Health Officer or the Certifying Surgeon, if the former is not available, as to the fitness for human consumption of the water supplied to worker, and in every case to submit to the inspector cum facilitator a copy of such report as soon as it is received from the Health Officer.
