Rule 31. Notice of periods of work

Chapter V — Hours of Work and Annual Leave with Wages.Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

(1) The notice referred to in sub-section (2) of section 31 shall be displayed at conspicuous places on a notice board or electronic board and maintained in Form XI and copy of such notice shall be sent to Inspector-cum-Facilitator electronically.
