Rule 69. Refund of fees

Chapter XI — Beedi and Cigar Workers.Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

If the competent authority refuses to grant or renew any licence under Section 74, it shall order the refund of the fees paid thereof.
