Rule 124. Canteens

Chapter XIII — Plantation WorkersMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

In or near every plantation wherein one hundred and fifty or more workers are ordinarily employed, the employer shall arrange directly or otherwise, provide and maintain canteens with the facilities for sale of tea, coffee, and snacks to the workers.
