Rule 34. Return Filing of

Chapter VI — Maintenance of Registers, Records and Returns.Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

Every employer of an establishment shall send annually a return in Form XIX electronically to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction so as to reach him not later than 1st February following the end of each calendar year.
