Rule 142. Constitution of Advisory Board

Chapter XIII — Plantation WorkersMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette constitute an Advisory Board for consultation in regard to matters connected with housing. The Advisory Board shall meet at least twice in a year during the months of January and June, at such time andplace as maybe appointed by the Chairman.
