The notification and the heading call these The Mizoram Code on Social Security Rules, 2026; rule 1 gives the short title used here. Rule 1(3) brings these rules into force on a date the State Government appoints by notification. No such notification was found in the e-Gazette up to 1 November 2026. Made in supersession of the Mizoram Code on Social Security Rules, 2023.
