Rule 151. Social security fund

Chapter XV — Social Security FundMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. B-11011/12/2026-LESDE, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

(1) The Government shall notify in the gazette, sources from which the social security fund under sub-section (2) of section 115 of the Code may be augmented.

(2) It shall also notify the manner in which the fund shall be administered and expended for the welfare of the unorganized workers and the transfer of any amount in the fund to any other fund established under any other law for the time being in force for the welfare of the unorganized workers.
