Rule 76. Construction of houses in accordance with the scheme and submission of annual return progress report in relation thereto

Official text

All houses shall be built in accordance with the scheme approved in writing by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Plantations. Every employer shall submit an annual return in Form-XII to Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Plantations having jurisdiction over the area and also to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Plantations.
