Rule 37. Qualification, experience, duties and responsibilities of experts to be empanelled for the purpose of third-party audit and /or compliance certification

Official text

The State Government may, by notification, formulate a scheme to empanel the experts for the purpose of third-party audit and or compliance certification under Section 37 of the code in respect of the factories as stipulated under the code and rules.

Provided that such experts possess the prescribed qualification and experience, and shall carry out the duties and responsibilities for the purpose of third-party audit and or compliance certification as set out in the scheme.
