Rule 43. The form and manner of application for the grant of a common or single licence and the particulars that the application shall contain regarding the number of contract labour/ inter-state migrant workers, nature of work for which they are to be employed and other particulars under sub-section (1) of Section 48

(1) The contractor shall make an application for engaging contract workers/ inter-state migrant workers and for obtaining a common licence in respect of a factory, industrial premises for beedi and cigar work and for engaging contract workers or any combination thereof or a single licence in any one of them.
(2) Every application by a contractor for the grant of a licence shall be made online electronically through meeseva online portal or any other portal as notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form-XIII to the licensing authority, along with online payment of the appropriate licence fee specified in Rule 45.
(3) Every application shall be accompanied by an undertaking in Form-XIV by the contractor regarding non-engagement of contract labourers in the core activity of the establishment.
(4) Every application for the grant of a license shall be accompanied by a certificate from the principal employer in Form XV.
(5) Every application shall be accompanied by the Security Deposit as specified in Rule 45.
