Rule 51. Amendment of license under sub-section 2 of Section 51

(1) Every contractor shall apply electronically to the appropriate licensing authority for the amendment of the license in Form-XIII, along with payment of the appropriate fee and security deposit for such amendment through meeseva online portal or any other portal as notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

(2) Every such application shall be submitted on the online portal within thirty days from the date of such amendment required in the license.

(3) The fee for the amendment of the license shall be five hundred rupees plus the amount that would have been payable if the license had originally been issued in the amended form, deducting the fees originally paid for the license.

(4) The additional amount of security deposit shall be at the rate of Rs.1000/-(one thousand rupees only) for every worker.
