Official text

without prejudice to the general responsibility of the Occupier to comply with the provisions of this code and Rules, the Chief Inspector cum facilitator may, from time to time, issue guidelines, directions and instructions regarding the general duties of the occupier relating to matters connected to the administration of the code and rules in factories.
