Rule 109. Restriction on employment of women and adolescent workers in handling insecticides, chemicals and toxic substances

Official text

Women workers or adolescent workers shall be permitted to be engaged in handling or storage or transport of insecticides, chemicals and toxic substances by following the standard operating procedures as notified by the State Government.
