Rule 7. Notice of commencement and cessation of operation under Section 5

Official text

The employer of every establishment being a factory, relating to contract labour/ Inter-state migrant workers, building and other construction work,motor transport undertaking, plantation, audio-visual production, beedi & cigar establishment, and newspaper establishment shall within thirty days of the commencement or cessation of operation of the establishment, send a notice to the Registering Officer in Form-IV, electronically with a self-certificate duly mentioning that the payment of all dues under all the applicable labour codes to the workers employed in the establishment have been made and the premises is kept free from storage of hazardous chemicals and substances.
