Rule 4. Circumstances in which an application for registration may be rejected

Official text

(1) Any application for registration that is not complete in all respects, the registering officer shall require the employer to amend the application so as to make it complete in all respects.

(2) If the employer, on being required by the registering officer, to amend his application for registration, omits or fails to do so, the registering officer may reject the application for registration, and the fee paid, if any, shall be forfeited.
