Rule 102. Medical records

Chapter XIII — PlantationMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020G.O.Rt. No. 146, 6 Aug 2026

Official text

The medical officer in charge of each dispensary, garden or group hospital shall
(1) such registers, books, accounts and a medical record in respect of every patient, as may be prescribed by the State Government for the purpose; and
(2) comply with such regulations as may be made by the State Government in respect of medical stores.
