(3) You are hereby directed to rectify the contraventions / irregularities
observed during inspections and submit compliance report (through speed
post / electronic mode / designated portal) within 30 days from the date of
issue of this notice, failing which necessary action will be initiated as per the
relevant provisions of the statute without making any further
correspondence in this regard.
