Rule 52. The form of application, manner of filing the application for a single license for a contractor in morethan one district or for the whole of Andhra Pradesh

(1) If a contractor desirous of obtaining a license for:-
(a) supplying or engaging contract labour/ inter-state migrant workers or
(b) undertaking or executing the contract works under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 47 in more than one district or for the whole of Andhra Pradesh, then he shall apply electronically through meeseva online portal or any other portal as notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form-XIII to the licensing authority as notified by the State Government.
(2) Application for a single license shall be submitted electronically to the authority notified in this behalf under sub-section (1) of Section 119 of this code.
(3) The concerned districts shall be consulted electronically. If no response is received within thirty days from the date of issue of such communication, the consultation process is deemed to have been complied with.
(4) All the provisions of rules 45 to 50 shall apply mutatis mutandis in case of the single license granted under sub-rule (1).
(5) License issued under this rule shall be valid for one or three financial years, as the case may be.
(6) Copy or copies of the license so issued shall be sent to the Licensing authorities in the districts, in whose jurisdiction the contract work or works for which the license is issued fall.
